Courageous Enough to Act: Breaking the Stories That Keep Women Small
Liberate the stories that have held you back.
Many women know exactly what they want — they’ve simply inherited stories that taught them it was dangerous to want it. Stories about being agreeable. Being realistic. Being grateful. Being chosen. Over time these beliefs quietly shape decisions, relationships, and opportunities, keeping women trapped in patterns that no longer serve them. In this keynote, Chantelle Botha explores the hidden relationship between shame, conditioning, and courage. Through honest storytelling, behavioural insight, and practical reflection, she challenges women to confront the stories that once protected them but may now be limiting them. Because liberation doesn’t happen the moment we recognise the story. It happens the moment we stop living by it. KEY OUTCOMES • Recognise inherited beliefs and hidden patterns shaping your choices • Identify where fear, shame, or conditioning are limiting opportunity • Build courage to challenge the stories keeping you small • Leave with one liberating action that moves you toward what you truly want

Helping women End Procrastination Through Permission
Chantelle Botha is an international speaker, coach, and author known to her clients as “The Catalyst.” She helps women move from procrastination to permission by helping them become curious enough to question, courageous enough to act, and confident enough to lead. Most of her clients discover that the moment they stop procrastinating on what they truly want, their relationships, opportunities, confidence, and quality of life begin to change. She leads the Phoenix DeShame Project, an ongoing research study exploring how shame shapes women’s desire and the relational dynamics that influence how we live, love, and lead. Chantelle is the founder of Phoenix, author of Phoenix Rising, and co-author of Connect Lead Succeed.
