Discover how courageous conversations create relational integrity and allow you to live love and lead with embodied confidence.

Many women spend years adapting to what relationships, workplaces, and the world expect from them. They become experts at reading rooms, managing expectations, and keeping the peace. But eventually, performing becomes exhausting. In this keynote, Chantelle Botha explores what happens when women stop shrinking themselves and begin leading from who they truly are. Through powerful stories, practical tools, and honest reflection, she reveals how confidence is not something we perform — it is something we embody. Because stronger relationships are built when our actions begin matching our truth. KEY OUTCOMES • Recognise where performance has replaced authenticity • Understand the role of relational integrity in leadership and life • Learn practical ways to communicate and lead more honestly • Leave with a personal commitment to lead from a more fully owned self

Helping women End Procrastination Through Permission

Chantelle Botha is an international speaker, coach, and author known to her clients as “The Catalyst.” She helps women move from procrastination to permission by helping them become curious enough to question, courageous enough to act, and confident enough to lead. Most of her clients discover that the moment they stop procrastinating on what they truly want, their relationships, opportunities, confidence, and quality of life begin to change. She leads the Phoenix DeShame Project, an ongoing research study exploring how shame shapes women’s desire and the relational dynamics that influence how we live, love, and lead. Chantelle is the founder of Phoenix, author of Phoenix Rising, and co-author of Connect Lead Succeed.
