About Chantelle Botha :
Chantelle Botha is an international speaker, coach, and author known to her clients as “The Catalyst.” She helps women move from procrastination to permission by helping them become curious enough to question, courageous enough to act, and confident enough to lead. Most of her clients discover that the moment they stop procrastinating on what they truly want, their relationships, opportunities, confidence, and quality of life begin to change. She leads the Phoenix DeShame Project, an ongoing research study exploring how shame shapes women’s desire and the relational dynamics that influence how we live, love, and lead. Chantelle is the founder of Phoenix, author of Phoenix Rising, and co-author of Connect Lead Succeed.
My story
After losing everything in my early thirties and rebuilding my life from the ground up while raising my son as a single mother, I became obsessed with a question: what would I want if I weren't ashamed of wanting it? I had spent years saying yes when I meant no, choosing what felt acceptable over what felt true, and silencing parts of myself long before I realised I was doing it. That journey sparked a decades-long inquiry into human behaviour, shame, desire, and what it really takes to live with integrity. Today my work explores the hidden forces that shape the way we live, love, and lead. Through speaking, coaching, research, and the Phoenix DeShame Project, I combine lived experience, behavioural insight, and practical tools to help women stop procrastinating on the lives they actually want and start leading from a place of courage and relational integrity.
